WeCom is a business communication and office collaboration tool developed by Tencent WeChat Team. It provides a familiar communication experience similar to WeChat and offers a variety of productivity tools and flexible OA apps for effective business communication and management.

1. A familiar communication experience

   • Provides an instant messaging experience consistent with WeChat’s.
   • Enables real-time message syncing across PCs, mobile phones, the cloud, and other devices for reliable storage.
   • Allows users to check message read status for more efficient communication.
   • Includes a corporate directory feature that allows administrators to easily import and manage employee contacts.

2. Connecting with WeChat

   • Adds WeChat users as contacts and enables private or group chats to offer services.
   • Allows companies to view and manage customers added by members, including assigning customers of former members.

   • Facilitates group chats with up to 100 people using WeChat, with efficient tools available for members and the ability to assign group chats of former members.

   • Offers 100 GB of shared space for file sharing between colleagues through WeDrive, with customizable space permissions for real-time file syncing and enhanced data security.
   • Enables sending and receiving of business emails, with the option to forward them to group chats if needed.

   • Built on Tencent's 20 years of experience in offense and defense capabilities, WeCom is the first domestic office product to pass SOC2Type2 auditing. It also holds ISO27018, ISO20000, ISO27001, and national three-level certifications that provide reliable data security for companies.
   • Includes batch import and centralized management of contacts in a corporate directory for convenient lookup.
   • Allows management and configuration of all company apps, including authorized scopes and features like sending messages by apps, custom app menu, and asset library.
